Recommend it for couples looking for comfort
The room was huge, as was the bathroom with both claw foot bath and separate shower. Breakfast was excellent, I had the full English and all items were really good quality, coffee was also excellent.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

the breakfast was lovely with a great choice of both continental and cooked options. our room was comfy although a bit dark, and we enjoyed the good facilities in the bathroom. had dinner there too, and it was delicious! staff were friendly and helpful, and the place feels cozy and welcoming. this was our second stay, and we’d definitely recommend it!
however, the location is quite tricky to access if you’re on the top floor, especially for those with mobility issues. also, our room was a bit too dark for my liking, could use more light.
